Via Curbed LA: This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home was designed and build by John Lautner in 1961, and he added a pool an guest bedroom to the property in 1963 (which makes four bedrooms). When actor Vincent Gallo purchased the home in 2006, he had it classified as a historic building under the Mills Act, a special designation allows the city to award homeowners breaks on property taxes in exchange for restoring and maintaining their properties.
