Jon Stewart Calls New Budget 'The Bill Cosby Of Legislation'

The newly passed federal budget has more than just spending items in it. It has everything from a reclassification of potatoes, which are now a vegetable, to longer hours for truck drivers.

On Tuesday night's "Daily Show," Jon Stewart learned that lawmakers often slip items into a must-pass budget bill that wouldn't get passed otherwise.

"What? They just wait until no one's looking and then slip this toxic stuff in?" Stewart asked. "What are they, the Bill Cosby of legislation?"

The new budget also eases regulations on banks, allows big donors to give more money to political campaigns and attempts to block legalized marijuana in Washington, D.C.
