Josh Ritter's 'Love Is Making Its Way Back Home' Uses 12,000 Pieces Of Paper (VIDEO)

12,000 Pieces of Paper Make Up This Stop Motion Video

12,000 pieces of paper were strung together to make the newest video for Josh Ritter's "Love is Making its Way Back Home." Ritter's soft singer-songwriter style is accompanied with a story line completely constructed out of artfully crafted paper figures.

It all appears effortless, but a behind-the-scenes look reveals that the process, done by design group Prominent Figures, is quite convoluted. I mean, there are 12,000 pieces of paper making up the the 2D images that turn from a winter forest into a psychedelic, technicolor dream. The outcome is perfect for the song -- sweet and simple, just like Ritters.
