Professional juggler Jennifer Slaw joined HuffPost Live host Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani today to discuss how the sport of juggling can be a form of stress relief, and how to employ its values when you are struggling to balance various responsibilities simultaneously this holiday season.

"I've gotten to that point where it is kind of zen-like where you get into this rhythm," said Slaw. "I actually get up in the morning and juggle for a few seconds or minutes with my eyes closed just to sort of be at peace and have that moment in the morning to sort of reflect on what's going to happen for the rest of the day."
