June Ambrose 'Style Boost' Show Debuts On Jay-Z's Life + Times Website (VIDEO)

We were nearly knocked off our stilettos when we heard VH1 didn't renew June Ambrose's sassy docu-soap "Styled By June." Who doesn't love watching fab makeovers of almost-forgotten stars like actor Jaleel White aka Steve Urkel and Danity Kane's Aubrey O'Day? Watching June whip them into shape with her renowned sartorial skills, some chicken soup for the fashionista's soul and plenty of hilarious commentary was a weekly must-see.

But never fear, Jay-Z's here. The rapper-cum-mogul, who happens to be one of June's A-list clients, has tapped the style architect for an original video series called "Style Boost with June Ambrose" on his Life+Times website. And June's in good company--she joins a growing lineup of shows that includes supermodel Jourdan Dunn's "Well Dunn," music journalist Shaheem Reid's "The Roundup" and editor/author/TV producer Elliott Wilson's "Truth."

June announced the exciting news of her show's debut via Tweeter on Monday:

Although the show didn't premiere until Wednesday, it was well worth the wait. In fact it's perfect timing since today is June's birthday (woot woot!).

In the first episode, we get to watch June makeover Joyce Wright, the lucky winner of Life+Time's Internship contest. There's no doubt Joyce needs to look good while running around the Roc Nation offices, but let's be honest, she also needs to be ready at any moment for an impromptu visit by Beyoncé.

Luckily June knows just what to do. The ladies make a trip to NYC's contemporary plus-size boutique Monif C. to arm the newly minted intern with a killer wardrobe along with June doling out some expert advice on color-blocking, layering and looking like a "timeless, chic chick." We love it!
