Just How Accurate Are Madden's Super Bowl Predictions, Really?

"Madden NFL 25" has spoken, and it's going with the Denver Broncos over the Seattle Seahawks for Sunday's Super Bowl XLVIII.

But just how accurate are the game's predictions, you ask?

Well, as it turns out, the game has an impressive track record of correctly predicting past Super Bowl winners, pegging eight of the last ten and getting eerily close to predicting the game's score on a few occasions. Last year, it even knew Baltimore Ravens player Joe Flacco would be named MVP. (Crazy, right?)

This year's EA Sports simulation predicts a close -- and snowy! -- game that ends with a field goal in overtime (as seen in the video above). It also pegs Peyton Manning as MVP, with the player throwing 322 yards and 3 touchdown passes.

Maybe don't get quite that specific when you call up your bookie (kidding), but if you're looking to make a bet, Madden's prediction probably isn't a bad way to go.

Don't believe us? Here are the predictions for the last 10 years. You be the judge.
