Justin Bieber's 'Baby' Not Liked By George H.W. Bush (VIDEO)

'I Don’t Think I Like It': George H.W. Bush On Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber has an army of fans, but don't count George H.W. Bush among them.

Speaking with Jenna Bush Hager, his granddaughter, on the TODAY show, Bush revealed his shocking indifference to the Canadian pop icon.

"Is that his song?" he asked the younger Bush after she sang the chorus of "Baby." The former president then added, "I don't think I'd like it."

The blasphemy of that statement aside, Bush does have one thing in common with Bieber: a preference for colorful socks. "Bieb?" the 41st president said when confronted with evidence of sartorial similarities between himself and the 18-year-old singer. "Is he a sock man?"

The interview between Bush Hager and her grandfather aired on Tuesday in celebration of the his 88th birthday. It isn't the only birthday special planned for Bush this week: There's also an HBO documentary about him called "41" airing on Thursday.

"This is not a political documentary," producer Jerry Weintraub told HuffPost Entertainment. "This is a documentary about the man and his family and where he came from. He's 88 years old on June 12. It's a great time in his life to do something like this and it's in his words."

He just might want to watch those words around Bielibers.
