Justin Bieber shared a touching note about his friend and Universal Music Group executive Thomas Ayad, who died in during the tragic attacks in Paris last week.
The "Purpose" singer took to Twitter to mourn the loss of Ayad, saying, "I wish I would've had more time to thank him."
Ayad was among the 89 people killed at the Bataclan theater during an Eagles of Death Metal concert.
On the night of the attacks, Bieber had multiple live-stream concerts scheduled. He decided not to cancel the events so he could "hopefully bring some light & hope to those hurting." He made the announcement in a since-deleted tweet, Entertainment Tonight reported.
During his shows, the singer paid tribute to the victims with a moment of prayer.
