Someone Check On Lauren Conrad, Because Justin Bobby Just Destroyed Her

The words "f**king twisted" were used.

Justin Bobby Brescia, the man so great he needed two names on “The Hills,” has apparently abandoned his monosyllabic tendencies in order to talk to Broadly in a full-fledged profile of the former reality star, because isn’t it about time we heard his side of the story?

TBQH, the 10th anniversary special for MTV’s “The Hills” was solely geared to prove just how successful Lauren Conrad is all these years later (hint: really successful!). But it also prompted cast members who were excluded from the special, aka everyone but Conrad, to air some grievances about their time on MTV.

And in Justin Bobby’s baby blues, his major gripe against the reality series can be distilled into two letters: LC.

“She wasn’t the most down-to-earth,” he said about his former cast mate. “You get a young girl like that, who has been on TV since she was 18, and her whole life’s exposed — how do you get an actual normal person at that point? You don’t get someone who’s down-to-earth and someone who’s loving and caring. You get someone who’s fucking twisted.”

We know what you’re thinking: “f**king twisted” is the adjective typically used to sum up Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s relationship, but, according to Brescia, he has nothing but respect for Speidi’s everlasting love.

“I liked that their love stayed true,” he continued. “I mean they had so much [ridicule] for doing what they’re doing, and they’re still together, and they’re still saying, ‘Fuck you.’ That to me is like, ‘You guys won all the way around.’”

Since the show ended, Brescia says he “bailed” and left the country for a long period of time before returning to play music and put man buns everywhere to shame ― his greatest legacy.

We wait with bated breath to see what secrets are revealed upon the series’ 20th anniversary, because we all know ...
