We have a suggestion for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West: One of you should get a real estate license. Kimye, you are spending way too much on agents' commissions, what with all your wheelings and dealings. Some time soon (when we have a spare month or so), we'll update everyone on the various reports of what America's Favorite Sweethearts bought, didn't buy, sold, didn't sell, listed, unlisted, flipped, didn't flip, are remodeling, are not remodeling, etc. Let's just say that the duo-soon-to-be-a-trio are the darlings of every gossip site and as someone more famous than them once said, truth is sometimes the first casualty of war -- gossip site wars included.

But here's what we do know: West just listed his 4,214-square-foot home in the Hollywood Hills for $3.3 million. We would note, from the MLS, that "there is plenty of space to build a swimming pool," which means it doesn't have one (Seriously? No pool?).

The three-bedroom gated home, which he first listed about three years ago at $3.995 million, has state-of-the-art security and drop-dead gorgeous views from downtown to Santa Monica. Trulia was the first to report on the listing, which says that the home has French Walnut floors and Minotti chandeliers, and that the house "exudes elegance and style." That may mean the fishtank in the bath tub and the mural on the dining room ceiling have been removed. Hard to tell, because the new listing doesn't include any interior shots. The only thing we have to go on are these photos from when West first listed the home in 2010.
