This week we're chatting with Rankin, internationally renowned photographer, film maker, co-founder of Dazed & Confused and founder of a new biannual magazine called The Hunger.
1. Whom do you credit for inspiring you to be the person you are today?
My Mum and Dad.
2. What is your favorite get-away-from-it-all destination?
That's hard because I hardly ever go on holiday. I do, however, go on a lot of work trips and love visiting LA. I had a fantastic holiday to the Scilly Isles with two other dads and our three kids about ten years ago. We just walked, talked and flew kites the whole time.
3. How do you define your personal style?
My clothes are predominantly black. Black top, black jeans and black brogues. It's a style that worked for Johnny Cash, the velvet underground and batman.
