Karlie Kloss Anthony Vaccarello Fall 2012 Show Kicks Off Model's Fashion Week (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Karlie Kloss Begins Paris Fashion Week With Anthony Vaccarello

The day after eager fashion editors (like us) trumpeted her arrival in Paris, Karlie Kloss has already hit the runway.

The 19-year-old model made her Fall 2012 fashion week debut with Anthony Vaccarello, the designer behind that sexy black cutout gown she wore on last season's runway (and that Gwyneth Paltrow wore in March 2012's Harper's Bazaar).

Karlie opened the show and, as Elle.com describes, "The crowd nearly sighed with relief when it caught sight of her familiar face." Elle.com also has an idea as to why Karlie went AWOL from Fashion Week to begin with:

Rumor has it she meant a commercial gig in Japan, one that didn’t work out.

So not only is she walking in Paris Fashion Week, but the "big opportunity" she was supposedly occupied with isn't happening. So does this mean the major runway moment (Dior? Vuitton?) we all predicted won't be happening either?

Either way, we're just glad to see her back. Check out a photo tweeted by Jessica Michault of the International Herald Tribune -- more pics to come!

UPDATE: We've got runway pics in the slideshow below.
