Kate Gosselin Wants Jon Gosselin To Go To Jail Over Tell-All Book (REPORT)

Kate Gosselin Wants Ex-Husband To Go To Jail Over Tell-All Book (REPORT)

Back in October, Kate Gosselin succeeded in halting the sale of a nasty tell-all by Robert Hoffman, a friend of her estranged husband, Jon Gosselin. The book, "Kate Gosslin: How She Fooled The World," was pulled from Amazon shortly after its release due to charges of inappropriately obtained confidential documents -- including a series of private emails exchanged between the "Kate Plus 8" star and the Discovery network that troubled TLC.

In January, Hoffman told HuffPost Celebrity of plans to rework the manuscript and move forward with its release.

But now come reports that Kate, 37, is attempting to put together a lawsuit against her ex-husband, as she believes Jon gave Hoffman the computer hard drive with her personal information and private journals, which provided fodder for the book.

“Jon was notified recently of Kate’s intentions to file a lawsuit against him, but the whole thing is ridiculous,” a source tells Radar.

Radar's insider adds, "Kate is having a really hard time finding a law firm that will actually take on her case, because right now she doesn’t have enough evidence … And it’s not like Kate just wants to sue Jon to make sure the book never goes public again, she wants to see Jon in jail! She’ll even use the kid card to try to get witnesses.”

Last month, the mother of eight wrote in a blog post that she's been the victim of "adult bullying" on the Internet.

"I use my haters as my motivators," Gosselin said. "If they say I can't do it, rest assured I WILL do it. And I won't stop until I've succeeded in achieving any given goal. With all I've been through, one thing I know about myself is that my persistence is hard to stop!"
