Kate Middleton's Polka Dot Dress At Hospital Isn't For Sale... But These Versions Are (PHOTOS)

Tracking Down Kate Middleton's Polka Dot Dress

As the entire world waited with bated breath to see the Duchess of Cambridge emerge from St Mary's hospital following the birth of her first child, many were eager to lay eyes on the new prince. But we couldn't wait to to see what Kate would be wearing (okay, we also wanted to see the new bundle of joy, too).

When the new mom first appeared with her swaddled infant, all eyes were on him and the tiny wave he gave to onlookers. Though we were entranced by the little one, we also couldn't help but gawk at Kate's gorgeous ensemble. The blue polka dot Jenny Packham dress, designed exclusively for Kate, featured cap sleeves, an empire waist and pintucks at the collar (oh, and many thought it was a subtle nod to Princess Diana). And although we can usually count on Kate to wear accessible looks, this time we're out of luck.

The dress is bespoke, and the company has no intentions of making it available to the general public. But lucky for us, polka dots have been in style for quite some time, and there are plenty of options out there if you want to channel Kate's post-baby look.

Below, check out the duchess' elegant dress and our roundup of similar ones you can get your hands on.
