We missed you, Kate Middleton. Specifically, we missed your fabulous evening wear.
Today marked the Duchess of Cambridge's return to formal engagements, as she and Prince William attended the Tusk Trust Awards in London. Kate arrived in a glittering bespoke Jenny Packham gown, emblazoned with flashy gold sequins. Looks like motherhood has really amped up her style courage.
For the event, the duchess joined Will, the royal patron for Tusk Trust, to celebrate individuals making strides in African conservation. The prince has devoted much of his time to raising awareness for wildlife preservation in Africa and even chose to propose to Kate in Kenya back in 2010.
We last saw Catherine in late August during a more informal appearance in Anglesey, where she wore skinny pants and a blazer for her very first public post-baby photo opp. Coincidentally, tonight also marks a first for Will, who stepped out for the first time since announcing his retirement from his position as a RAF search and rescue pilot.
But all eyes were on Kate this evening, as she graced the red carpet in that eye-catching number. See her dazzling look below.
