Kathleen Sebelius Fights Claims White House Is 'Cooking The Books' On Obamacare

Sebelius Slams Republican For Anti-Obamacare Accusations

U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius criticized Sen. John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) for claiming the White House is "cooking the books" on Obamacare enrollment.

During an appearance on "Fox News Sunday," Barrasso openly doubted the news that more than 6 million people have chosen a health care plan through a state or federal exchange, saying he doesn't think that number "means anything." Sebelius shot down the claim during an appearance on HuffPost Live Monday.

"I think it's unfortunate that again, people who are not very enthusiastic about having the law work, haven't done any outreach to their constituents, haven't given accurate information are now suggesting that the enormous interest in enrolling for health care is not existing," Sebelius said. "It does exist."

Sebelius also discussed "the Galifianakis bump" during her appearance on HuffPost Live.
