A Pennsylvania man convicted of stalking Erbe has been sentenced in New York to five years' probation and ordered to pay $42,000 in restitution. Charles Nagel was sentenced Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011 in federal court in Brooklyn. Prosecutors say the 36-year-old Philadelphia resident began stalking Erbe in 2008 by trying to hug her while she was filming in Manhattan. Alexandra Eames just can't stay away from "Law & Order."

Kathryn Erbe will reprise her "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" role on "Law & Order: SVU" as a detective working for a joint City/Federal Homeland Security Task Force who crosses paths with the SVU squad.

In addition to "Criminal Intent," Erbe's other TV appearances include "Oz" and "Homicide: Life On The Street."
