Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise were involved in a minor fender bender Monday night, when their limo was sideswiped by a New York City garbage truck.
According to TMZ, neither mom nor daughter was injured in the collision, which occurred near Chelsea Piers, where Suri had just wrapped up a gymnastics lesson. The garbage truck struck the pair's Mercedes -- Holmes' driver was behind the wheel -- at the left rear fender.
But this isn't the only collision that has, no doubt, left Holmes a little shaken up as of late. The "Dawson's Creek" actress is fresh off a head-to-head custody battle (the details of the settlement remain confidential) with soon-to-be ex-husband Tom Cruise.
The couple's record-time settlement conclusion comes on the heels of what appears to be a long road to divorce. Holmes was reportedly orchestrating the details of the dissolution of her marriage -- and using disposable phones to do it -- long before she made Cruise aware of her decision to divorce.
