Kelly Osbourne Defends Drinking After Going To Rehab Four Times

Kelly Osbourne opened up about her recent drunken breakdown onboard a flight, explaining that she "lost it" after looking at a website that described the more severe symptoms of multiple sclerosis. Reading about the disease's effects upset her particularly because of her brother Jack's recent diagnosis.

In a candid interview with RadarOnline, the 27-year-old, who has been to rehab four times for drug and alcohol addiction, fights back against criticism over her breakdown, but does call herself a "hypocrite" for drinking after having gone through treatment.

"People always want you to be the pretty little perfect girl next door and I have never been that, so I don’t understand why people have always tried to make me that,” the co-host of "Fashion Police" told the website. " I don’t want to be perfect, and I don’t want to be the prettiest girl in the room. I want to be able to express my emotions whenever I feel like it and not be judged for it."

In the past Kelly revealed that she began using Vicodin at age 13, and at one point she took 100 pills a day and began throwing up blood. Today, Kelly claims she's no longer using drugs, but defends her decision to continue drinking.

“If in any way my life appeared unmanageable, if I wasn’t showing up to work, I seemed depressed, I was not a professional then I would say yes my life is unmanageable," she told RadarOnline, adding that at age 27 she still wants to have fun. "I don’t believe in denying myself the life I want to live. I have to pay for the mistakes I make and I understand that,” she said.
