After a romantic getaway to Anguilla, Kelly Osbourne and boyfriend Matthew Mosshart are now engaged, the "Fashion Police" star revealed to Hello! magazine.
In an interview with the U.K. mag, Osbourne said, "I've never felt this close to another human being, ever. People say we're co-dependent but we just want to be together all the time."
Osbourne, 28, revealed that her diamond engagement ring is a tribute to her father, Ozzy Osbourne. "I designed it to look like an earring that my father wore," she told Hello. "I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little and say: 'I want a ring like that.'"
The couple has never been shy about their affection toward each other. On a "Good Morning America" appearance, Osbourne gushed about her beau and told viewers she thought Mosshart was "the one."
Rumors circulated around Christmas that the two were engaged, and that Mosshart proposed before the holiday. But Osbourne took to Twitter and posted "#DontBelieveEverythingYouRead," quashing the gossip.
Osbourne and Mosshart, who is a vegan chef and a model, met at Kate Moss and Jamie Hince's wedding in July 2011, and have been dating ever since.
