As Dr. Frasier Crane, he knew everything from the best wines to the best advice for wayward Seattle residents. But in real life, Kelsey Grammer is an aficionado of something relatively unexpected: real estate.
The Los Angeles Times reports that Grammer has sold a classic Spanish Colonial Revival-style home in Beverly Hills for $6.7 million. (If you're keeping track, he had bought the home a year ago for reportedly $6.5 million.) The roughly 6,100-square-foot home was designed by iconic architect Ralph C. Flewelling in 1926 and features six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Not too shabby.
