Kelsey Grammer Blew 6 Figures On Windmills

Kelsey Grammer's business advisor is likely hoping he still has a job, after the actor announced he recently made a very bad investment.

While leaving leaving Bouchon in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, the 58-year-old actor told TMZ that the worst investment he ever made was investing in windmill technology.

"You'd think it would be lucrative, but it's not really a friendly environment for new technology, it really isn't," the former "Fraiser" star told TMZ's cameraman. "Big wind is doing OK but small wind isn't and it cost me a lot of money ... six figures."

Of course, Grammer, who negotiated a $1.6 million per episode pay day in 2001 for the remaining years of "Frasier," insists he's doing fine financially, but laments the fact that he won't be able to recoup his original investment.

"I'm OK, but I didn't make up for it, it's one of those things that's just a straight loss," he told the website.
