Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli (R) let his thoughts be known at CPAC on Thursday about one federal government agency.

Cuccinelli has sparred with the EPA in the past. Back in January, he won a battle with the agency over the classification of stormwater runoff as a pollutant, with a judge ruling that it cannot be regulated in that manner.
