Kendall Jenner's modeling career is going quite swimmingly, but is success going to her head?
The 18-year-old model was dining with pal Hailey Baldwin, 17, at Mercer Kitchen in New York on August 4, but was reportedly none too pleased when the "staff wouldn't serve her [booze] because she's underage," a source told The New York Post, adding that "Kendall got up and left and didn’t pay for all the food ... about $60 worth, and without a tip.”
Things allegedly got a little dramatic when the server, who happened to be MTV's "Skins" actress Blaine Morris, ran outside to get Jenner to pay up.
According to the Post's source, the famous teens started laughing before the reality star took a couple $20 bills out of her wallet and "threw them at the server and walked away, not even counting if it was enough or if it included a tip."
If you're thinking that sounds farfetched, Morris later turned to Twitter to tweet about her less than stellar experience with the girls: "That horrible moment you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face."
Jenner's rep wouldn't comment, but a rep for Baldwin brushed it off as a misunderstanding, telling the Post:
"They thought everything was paid for. Kendall was polite and asked ‘Does this cover it?’ They didn’t run.”
Well, that sure is a strange misunderstanding to have. We have to say, this reminds us a lot of that time Kendall's younger sister, Kylie, reportedly threw a tantrum at a Los Angeles hotel when the staff refused to serve her and her underage friends bottle service.
UPDATE: Kendall Jenner would like you to take her word over that of former "Skins" actress Blaine Morris, claiming she never threw money in the Mercer Kitchen waitress' face. Jenner took to Twitter on Aug. 12 to defend herself:
