Higher Education has never been a priority for the Kardashian family -- only Kourtney and Rob attended college, while mom Kris Jenner admitted in her memoir that "school wasn't her thing" explaining she had no desire to pursue a college degree.
So it comes as no shock that family patriarch, Bruce Jenner told Us Weekly, that the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Kendall and Kylie, might skip out on the college experience.
At an event in New York on Monday, Jenner admitted the his teenage daughters' busy careers will likely come first: "If they want to go to college, certainly, I think it's a good idea," he admitted, " But I'm not the advocate of, 'You've got to go to college.' I think by the time they graduate from high school, they will probably be in a position to go right to working."
Kendall, 16 and Kylie, 14 are both poised to be the next big stars according to many, with burgeoning modeling careers, rumors of their own show in development, and they'll join their sisters as branded businesswomen with the teen-oriented clothing line they're developing for Sears.
Both girls have walked in New York Fashion week and Bruce believes that Kendall's modeling career is going to keep her very busy.
"She'll probably have a career by the time she's out of high school," he said. "If that's what she wants to do, that's good. I don't know if college is going to be that important for her."
Bruce attended Graceland University and his son Brody dropped out of his classes at CU Boulder. He told College Candy, he just didn't like it because of the core curriculum's mandatory classes.
"It was all the English and the History, things in American culture that I didn't give two sh*ts about," he said. "All that was gonna do was just waste my time until I was 21-years-old and I had no clue what to do with my life and I would've left college and been like, 'Hmm, now I learned all these things about American culture and stuff, how am I going to relate this to my life?'"
Of course, it's not uncommon for teenage celebrities to forgo higher education in favor of pursuing their careers. Even those who do decide to attend college often don't end up graduating.
Most recently, actress Emma Roberts decided to take a break from her studies at Sarah Lawrence after just one semester, while billionaire twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen both eventually dropped out of New York University.
Their younger sister Elizabeth, however, is two classes away from her degree at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. The 22-year-old actress took last year off to make an impressive five movies, but spent this past fall juggling classes while enrolled at school full time and promoting her breakout film "Martha Marcy May Marlene."
