She's just as badass as her "Scandal" character.

Kerry Washington has no time for your personal questions. Not today, not tomorrow, not ever.

The "Scandal" actress made that clear while speaking on a panel at South by Southwest on Sunday. Washington brushed off divorce rumors concerning her husband of nearly three years, former NFL player Nnamdi Asomugha, with a badass statement on her personal life.

"I think -- and this is something Reese Witherspoon has talked about a lot -- it's a little different for me because I don't talk about my personal life," Washington said to the Austin, Texas, crowd, according to E!.

"Social media has actually been great for [other celebrities'] relationships with the weeklies or the gossip sites because people say things and they say, ‘That's not true! Just so you know, that's BS!'" Washington said, adding, "I say 'BS' because it's Sunday. So I'm thinking in some ways, it's been great because people are able to maintain their voice."

And if you weren't getting the message, Olivia Pope Washington hammered it in one last time:

"If I don't talk about my personal life, it means I don't talk about my personal life," the actress said. "That means not only did I not tell you when I was getting married, it also means if somebody has rumors about what's going on in my marriage, I don't refute them, because I don't talk about my personal life."

A notoriously private celebrity, Washington surprised fans with a secret wedding in 2013. Just a year later, the actress gave birth to her first child, a girl named Isabelle Amarachi Asomugha.

In a 2013 interview with Glamour, the "Save the Last Dance" star explained why she keeps her life under the radar.

"I learned through experience that it doesn’t work for me to talk about my personal life," Washington said. "I’ve had earlier times in my career when I did talk about it. I was on the cover of a bridal magazine [InStyle Weddings, in 2005, when she was engaged to actor David Moscow]. But I couldn’t just turn around and say, 'I only want to talk about the good stuff, but not the bad stuff.' So I just thought, OK, no more."

There you have it, folks.
