The mystery subway pervert has been caught.
Kevin Bishop, a 44-year-old grandfather with 64 arrests on his record, was collared by police Thursday after officers spotted him entering a subway station.
His excuse for baring all on the 3-train?
My private parts fell out. I looked down and it was out. It just popped out! I was trying to put it back.
Bishop has pleaded not guilty to charges of public lewdness.
