Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries Deposition Off Limits To Cameras; Trial To Be Filmed

Kim And Kris' Divorce Trial To Be Filmed

Sure, every waking minute of Kim Kardashian's life seems to be caught on tape, but don't expect to see her divorce deposition on the small screen.

According to Radar Online, although Kardashian's ex, Kris Humphries, is angling for cameras to be rolling during the divorce trial, their depositions are strictly off limits.

Both halves of of the 72-day marriage duo will give their depositions -- Humphries' in Minnesota and Kardashians' in Los Angeles -- within the next two weeks, Radar reports.

"There was concern about the depositions being filmed and then getting leaked to the media," a source "close to the case" tells Radar.

But forget privacy when it comes to the actual trial. Humphries wants the pair's courtroom battle filmed because he has yet to receive the public apology he's been looking for.

"This is absolutely going to trial and it's not about money," the source continues. "Kris wants Kim to publicly acknowledge that the marriage was fraudulent and he wants an apology. Of course, if Kim were to do so, a messy divorce trial could be avoided. Team Humphries has been told in no uncertain terms though that is never going to happen."

Humphries has previously stated that he has proof he was set up to be the "bad guy" on the family's reality show. From his producer-prompted fights with Kardashian's best friend, Jonathan Cheban, to clever editing when it came to the newlywed couple's tiffs, Humphries claims that he has been a pawn in the Kardashian empire since day one.
