Kim Kardashian Reveals How She's Losing The Baby Weight

Four months after giving birth, Kim Kardashian is making photographers very happy with her return to the spotlight. On a recent outing in Los Angeles, she rocked a curve-hugging dress that proved her famous figure is back, and it's all thanks to the Atkins diet.

On Sunday night, Kardashian was tweeting at fans while a new episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" aired and revealed that she's been shedding her baby weight with the help of the low carb, high-protein diet:

"She is eating lots of lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and avocado, carbs, fruits, veggies and cheese," a rep for Atkins told Us Weekly. "She wanted to be a healthy, nursing mom and not toxify her milk with her diet or lose weight too quickly. She's been doing Atkins since her doctor approved it at the end of June."

Kim's diet reveal was well-timed, as on last night's episode, a still-pregnant Kardashian was lamenting her size and told her sisters, "As soon as I pop this thing out -- as soon as I get in shape -- the first thing I want to do is Playboy or some nude shoot." Looks like that time may be upon us.
