Kim Kardashian Kanye West & More Couple Style Through The Years (PHOTOS)

Sometimes when two people start dating, one can really influence the other's style -- and if it's for the better, everybody wins. But sometimes it can backfire into some pretty unfortunate fashion moments. The best example: 2002, when Bennifer were snapped around town wearing sporty "His and Hers" looks. Then there was the awkward time Jessica Simpson tried on a "darker" look to align with her then-boyfriend, John Mayer. On the flip side, Demi and Bruce spent most of the late '80s just generally looking awesome. (Oversize bomber jackets x2!)

Now with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's newfound coupledom, we're pretty stoked to see how this plays out, style-wise. We already got a little preview this week when the two were spotted in New York both wearing black leather pants. And if Kim's "K W" initial earrings are any indication, this is going to get good.
