Kim Kardashian is reportedly planning to leave the house where she has been holed up since giving birth on June 15 to celebrate sister Kylie Jenner's Sweet 16.
Kim is reportedly set to attend Kylie's Sweet 16 party next month, but is planning to make her public debut before then so as not to take the spotlight away from her little sis. The new mama has been cooped up in Kris Jenner's mansion while her and Kanye West's $11 million Bel Air abode is being renovated.
“Believe it or not, it’s not all about Kim,” a source told the New York Daily News. “She really wants to go to Kylie’s party, and when it comes to the family, Kris wants everyone there. Kim is just working with Kris to figure out the best plan of action.”
Kylie will turn 16 years old on Aug. 10. Her party is supposed to be held Aug. 17 at Los Angeles' AT&T Center and 100 guests have already been invited.
The 32-year-old is allegedly in talks to appear on Kris' namesake daytime talk show, which is currently in the midst of a six-week test run, before the big bash, according to the Daily News. However, she is not going to introduce baby North to the world in that setting.
TMZ previously reported Kim is planning a photo shoot with North for a magazine. She allegedly hasn't accepted any offers yet, but is getting bids in excess of $2 million.
On July 17, Kim spoke out for the first time since giving birth in a post on her Celebuzz blog. She addressed the fact that she has decided to step out of the limelight to enjoy motherhood.
"These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life," she wrote. "I’m enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family. I’ve been reading all of your messages and want to thank you all for your sweet thoughts and best wishes. It truly means everything to me. I am so blessed to have the support of my family and fans in this beautiful moment."
