Kim Kardardian posed nude for what felt like the millionth time on Sunday night's episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
During an episode that was all about insecurities (used as a vehicle for Kylie Jenner to finally come clean about the fact she's had lip injections), the 34-year-old reality star stripped down once again for an "edgy" nude shoot in the middle of the desert. With her hair slicked back, and just a few streaks of white white paint adorning her body, Kardashian posed for photographer Kesler Tran, for her upcoming website relaunch.
But, as viewers learned, even someone who poses nude as often as Kardashian has insecurities.
"I have psoriasis, there is nothing I can do about it so there is no reason why I should feel uncomfortable," Kardashian explains during her confessional, and points out the parts of her body effected by the skin condition to the photographer before they begin the shoot. "So to make myself feel better I lay out all my insecurities before we start a shoot in the hope that no one will be focused on that. I just want to do fun and artsy things."
"I want to capture really cool moments and have some great shoots and be nude and do all this cool stuff," she says.
And later in the episode, in what was surprisingly one of most relatable scenes ever broadcast on "KUWTK," Kardashian sits down with Kylie and Kendall to talk about -- what else -- their insecurities.
After Kim tells Kylie that her lips look "amazing," Kylie is weary of the compliment and says that Kendall told her they looked too big. Kendall, clearly frustrated with her sister's quest for perfection, says, "No one needs anything, everyone is beautiful."
But Kim tells her sisters, "I think if something makes you insecure and you've been feeling that way forever. Who doesn't want to look amazing?"
"You only get one life," says Kim, "and what I've realized from what all of us have gone through is do what makes you happy."
Kim confesses that she's become increasingly insecure over the last few months, which is something Kendall can't quite wrap her head around.
"You do realize who you are, right? You do realize that you are like one of the hottest ... Like, you know that," she tells Kim, who scrunches her nose and plays humble, and shakes her head at the thought.
"I'm so insecure," Kim explains. "Just with my weight. I cannot leave the house without Spanx."
