Kim Kardashian Weight Loss: Star Looks To Drop 30 Pounds In 30 Days

Now that North West is born, Kim Kardashian is eager to shed the baby weight.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star is reportedly looking to shed 30 pounds in 30 days. The Gossip Table reports that Kardashian will be hiring Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna's former trainer, Tracy Anderson, as well as eating a lot of lean protein, fruits and vegetables.

This is no easy feat. From the temptation of celebratory foods to the general difficulty of losing a large amount of weight in a short amount of time, Kim is in for an uphill battle.

Luckily, Kim's trainer told Hollyscoop that she wants Kardashian to rest for a few weeks. "Women have to let their bodies come back naturally as much as they can come back," says Anderson. Then, the hard work begins!
