When Toronto Mayor Rob Ford finally admitted this week that he has in fact smoked crack, we knew our favorite late night hosts would have a field day with it.
Jimmy Kimmel seized the opportunity on Wednesday night by getting "Parks And Recreation" star Jim O'Heir to impersonate the portly mayor in a Skype interview that was much more candid than his press conference:
"What happens in a drunken stupor, stays in a drunken stupor... Unless some $#%& tapes it."
