Anything you can do I can do better, I can do anything better than you.
That might as well have been the title of the mid-season premiere of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" on Sunday, June 8, as Kris Jenner tried to do just that -- keep up -- which had her children begging the 58-year-old to "act her age."
"My mom invites herself to do stripper pole class. It was so embarrassing," lamented Kim as she and pals Larsa Pippen and Blac Chyna took in a class at Sheila Kelley S Factor. "I think she is so funny and amazing. But my mom literally copies everything I do. I posted this swimsuit picture and then mom posted a swimsuit picture right afterwards. I mean, I get it, but come on."
And if stripper pole mom embarrassed Kim, just imagine walking in on Jenner posing practically naked in her backyard swimming pool, wearing nothing but a completely transparent white tank dress.
Jenner's other daughters were less than impressed with their mother's antics.
"Why are your tits out? That’s so embarrassing for your life and for your soul," Kourtney said.
"Is your vagina out? You are so gross," said Khloe.
Jenner said she just wanted to show her daughters that "being 50 you don’t have to curl up and disappear, you can feel vibrant and sexy at any age." But later she told Kim they took the teasing too far. "I’m so sick of you guys making fun of me. It hurts my feelings," she said.
And so with every season of show, we understand a little more exactly why the Kardashians are the way they are.
