Kristen Stewart Ditches Her Brunette Locks For A Bleached 'Do

She's joined the light side.

Gone are the days of Kristen Stewart as a brunette.

The actress has ditched her dark locks in favor of newly bleached tresses, which she debuted over the weekend at Los Angeles International Airport.

KStew, who had her hair partially covered with a black beanie, was spotted with her rumored girlfriend, Soko. There's no word yet on whether the new hair is for a role, but seeing as she's an actress, it's very possible.

The "American Ultra" star's new look is the latest in a long list of hair transformations. While promoting "Into The Wild" back in 2007, she sported a golden mane, then she went back to brunette for "Twilight." And who could forget the jet black mullet for her role as Joan Jett in "The Runaways"? Stewart also had a stint as a redhead and chopped her long hair into an edgy short style in 2014.

Speaking of that chop, Stewart told Marie Claire in 2014, "My hair was such a crutch. I looked quote, unquote 'sexy' no matter what. I could hide behind it. As soon as I didn't have all that hair, I had to let my face hang out."

"I felt more confident than I had in a really long time," she added. "And it felt really good. Maybe to most people long hair is prettier. But then what? Is your main goal in life to be desired? That's boring as f**k."
