Recent reports claimed Kristen Stewart has rebounded from her breakup with Robert Pattinson and is dating "Boardwalk Empire" actor Michael Pitt. However, it seems the only connection these two have is their seating at Paris Fashion Week.
The Sun reported Sunday that Stewart and Pitt began secretly dating after meeting at the Parisian fashion fete earlier this month. The two were photographed sitting next to each other while attending the Chanel F/W 2013-2014 show at the Grand Palais.
“Kristen’s not over Rob but she’s getting there and Michael’s helping her through it," a supposed source told the tabloid. “She vowed to throw herself into work and be single this summer. But when she met Michael last week, they hit it off. They both hate the spotlight and are smart bookworm types.”
Turns out The Sun got it all wrong because Pitt is actually in a long-term relationship with model Jamie Bochert, Gossip Cop notes. The two even attended other Fashion Week events together.
"While we do not comment on our clients' personal lives, please know that there is absolutely no truth whatsoever to this rumor that Michael Pitt and Kirsten Stewart are dating," the HBO actor's rep told E! News.
The 23-year-old "Snow White and the Huntsman" actress and her "Twilight" co-star broke things off for good in mid-May after a tumultuous relationship, rocked by her cheating on him with director Rupert Sanders. E! News reported that Pattinson has been loving the single life, while Stewart is "heartbroken."
