The Bogart Pediatric Cancer Research Program will hold its tenth and final annual Wine Aficionado Dinner at The Bazaar by José Andrés at the SLS Hotel. Titled "Going out in Style: 10 Great Wines for 10 Great Years," the dinner will present a four-course meal matching Chef Andrés's revered Spanish cuisine with 10 world-class wines, including prized vintages from Colgin, Araujo, Vérité among others. Sample the suds at the LA Vegan Beer Festival today from 1-5 p.m. Taste beers from more than a dozen breweries, including Anchor, Epic, Fireman's Brew, Golden Road Brewing, Green Flash, Hangar 24, Karl Strauss and Smog City at this vegan-friendly event hosted by Tony's Darts Away, blogger Quarry Girl and The Roxy. Vendors and trucks including Seabirds, Mandoline Grill, Fresh Fries, Doomie's, Frankenstand, Plant Food for People and Amanda's Bakery will serve vegan food.
