Forbes has already released the first two rounds of speakers for its Under 30 Summit, a four-day extravaganza that will be hosted in Boston from October 16 - 19.
Now, they've released the third round of speakers who will be contributing to the list of 200+, which includes supermodel Chrissy Teigen, celebrity chef Bobby Flay, and CEO of Breyer Capital Jim Breyer.

As if the lineup wasn't already impressive enough, this time around they've added lady bosses like Jessica Alba, Founder & Chief Creative Officer of The Honest Company, as well as changemakers like Yael Cohen Braun, Founder of F--k Cancer.

And -- equally exciting for attendees of the event -- they've also released the initial lineup of chefs who will participate in the event's cook-off, to be judged by model and author Chrissy Teigen, founder of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival Lee Schrager, and Forbes editor Randall Lane.

But it's not just the judges who will be able to enjoy the fine cuisine prepared by the best young chefs from all across the country: VIP and all-access attendees will be able to try out their best dishes, and cast a vote for their favorite. Other summit attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a food celebration, which will include local food trucks and live music in City Hall Plaza.

People who have attended conferences and summits in years past may note that a cook-off doesn't sound like standard summit fare. Indeed, with their Under 30 Summit, Forbes is breaking away from the traditional itinerary for these types of events, which tend to consist of endless speeches and panels. Instead, the Summit is designed to highlight the social component of the event, taking full advantage of the connections that can be made within such a diverse and powerful group of freethinkers and innovators.

As such, Randall Lane, editor of Forbes and the mastermind behind the Under 30 Summit, isn't just interested in hosting an event: he's on a mission to inspire and unite an entire movement. To that end, he points to the strong community that the Summit has created: past honorees have formed a close-knit community, branding themselves as the "Forbes Fam" -- and even going as far as having their own internal app.

But it takes more than just some prestigious conference to get people to band together. "It's not about a vertical industry -- it's about a horizontal mindset," Lane explains. "It's about bringing together a group of people that share the same thought space in a way that feels organic."

And to Lane, filling the schedule with keynote after keynote isn't exactly "organic." Instead, the Under 30 Summit will offer plenty of chances for its attendees to get to know each other in natural settings -- like bar crawls, musical performances, and more.

Undoubtedly, with the Under 30 Summit, Lane is determined to start a movement. And he's not alone: as evidenced by the involvement of Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker and Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh, Boston is looking to put itself on the map.

Having been long recognized for its education and sports team, it would only make sense that the city would jump on board and make its mark by being a hub for entrepreneurship. If the involvement of Massachusetts governmental officials is any indication, it seems that Boston is ready to show the rest of the country that they mean business.

The Under 30 Summit will bring together entrepreneurs and game-changers of all ages -- over 5,000 are expected to attend -- and will take place at different venues all over Boston. Starting at Faneuil Hall and extending to the campuses of Harvard Business School, Emerson College, and Northeastern University, the Summit will feature panels, TED-style presentations, live demos, and conversations with key speakers.

Whether you're looking to network with the next generation of changemakers or you just want to infuse your mind with inspiration from top thought leaders, the Summit is sure to deliver. Get ready to grab a cold beer and settle in for an event that will introduce you to new people, new food, and new perceptions -- and will inspire you to new heights.
