Lady Gaga At HRC Dinner (PHOTOS): Barack Obama "Opens" For Lady Gaga At D.C. Banquet

Lady Gaga performed at the Human Rights Campaign's 13th Annual National Dinner Saturday night, Oct. 10.

The singer performed for the gay rights group after an address by President Barack Obama.

Before making his speech, President Obama joked to the crowd "It's a privilege to open tonight for Lady Gaga. I've made it." Lady Gaga acknowledged Obama's acknowledgment and stood up to applause.

Lady Gaga (aka Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta), was dressed conservatively. She sported dark sunglasses with round lenses and a little black dress that showed off her legs--nothing more.

Gaga is a supporter of gay rights and made her views known when she recently accepted her MTV Video Music Award. Gaga thanked her family and fans, then concluded by saying, "It's for God and the Gays!"
