Former Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom will not face drug charges following his collapse at a Nevada brothel in October, according to TMZ.

Along with allegedly using cocaine, Odom was said to have consumed alcohol and "herbal viagra" supplements before he was found unconscious at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch South.

In November, it was announced that the former NBA player was potentially facing felony drug charges stemming from the incident, but the report says the Nye County D.A. is expected to reject the case this week.

TMZ says it is rare for prosecutors to file charges when a person ends up in a hospital after an alleged overdose.

Earlier in January, the 36-year-old left the hospital and was transferred to a private facility after his health improved. Initially, he was transferred from a Las Vegas hospital to a Los Angeles hospital in October.

In late December, Odom was said to be able to take steps on his own, but he was also reportedly suffering from memory loss at the time.
