'The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson': Tim Meadows' Christmas And New Year's (VIDEO)

Tim Meadows Different Ideas On Christmas And New Year's

Clearly, Tim Meadows has two very different takes on two of the closest holidays. On "The Late Late Show" (Weeknights, 12:37 a.m. EST on CBS), he detailed a very giving and charitable Christmas tradition. He called it "the Tim Meadows Christmas."

It had him taking food to orphans in the morning, elderly people in the afternoon. and even carolling into the evening hours. That's a very different person than the one who shows up on New Year's Eve to watch the ball drop in Times Square.

"It would be great if like one year it fell instead of just dropping," he said of the ball. "If it just tipped over and maybe killed a couple of people down in the crowd. That's my kind of New Year." It would be really interesting to get his take on the other major holidays to see how varied those experiences and wishes are.
