'Revenge' Star Heads To 'Law & Order: SVU'

"Law & Order: SVU" has booked Roger Bart, Anna Chlumsky and Raúl Esparza for guest starring roles. The trio will guest star in an episode of Season 14 “Twenty-Five Acts," NBC revealed.

In the episode, Chlumsky will play a best-selling erotic author who accuses a talk show host (Bart) of rape. The detectives discover the author's account of the rape reads just like chapters from her novel. Esparza will play a member of the District Attorney's office.

Other Season 14 guest stars include Adam Baldwin as the interim Special Victims Unit chief and Paget Brewster. Baldwin will appear in the first three episodes of the new season as Capt. Steven Harris, Capt. Donald Cragen's replacement. Look for friction between the new captain and the SVU team. Brewster will play the head of Public Integrity Unit at the District Attorney's office. Her character will handle a case against Capt. Cragen (Dann Florek).

"Law & Order: SVU" returns Wed., Sept. 26 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
