After much speculation, E! News confirmed Monday that "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit" is making an upcoming episode based on the Duggar family from "19 Kids and Counting."

Earlier this year, reports surfaced that Josh Duggar sexually molested five underage girls, including some of his sisters. A few months after the allegations came out, Duggar entered rehab when it was revealed he also had an Ashley Madison account and cheated on his wife.

E! says that the "SVU" Duggars-themed episode will center around a large family with a reality TV show as the investigators discover the 13-year-old daughter is pregnant. The episode, called "Patrimonial Burden," will air on Nov. 4.

"Law and Order: SVU" regularly takes on public scandals and has covered Arnold Schwarzenegger's love child, Paula Deen's racism scandal and Trayvon Martin's story in the past.

Earlier this year, actor Raúl Esparza spoke to reporters about the possibility of a Duggar episode.

"I'm sure they're coming our way," said Esparza. "I don't think there's any way the writers room will stay away from it, but who knows what form it's going to take. It won't be that exact … Ultimately, it's got to stay fiction and got to stay engaging."

And although TLC pulled "19 Kids and Counting" off the air after the molestation scandal emerged, there are still rumors that a Duggar spinoff will happen. A source told Us Weekly in May that Jessa and Jill (and their husbands) were apparently in secret talks to get their own show.

"Law & Order: SVU" airs every Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
