A ranch featuring six parcels of Aspen land is being sold in its entirety for a whopping $43 million. Altogether, the estate measures 838.676 acres of prime Pitkin county land.
The Woody Creek ranch was originally homesteaded in the 1800's by Italian immigrants and bought by the Craig family in 1964, who has owned it ever since. The three bedroom and three bathroom ranch is bordered almost entirely by U.S. Forest Service's designated roadless conservation area.
Woody Creek offers Rainbow and Brown Trout fishing. Other animals native to the property include elk, mule deer, black bears, eagles, hawks, and more.
