Remember that time Japanese bombers attacked Pearl Harbor and we all panicked and forced every Japanese American into Interment Camps? Do you remember why we did this? Out of sheer fear that spies must be hiding among them. Innocent children and families lost their homes and were kicked out and put into despicable living conditions in those low life camps. Because of fear.

Oh. And then remember how years later we put our foot in our mouths, felt extremely guilty for doing that, and then paid $20,000 to every surviving internee?

Let's act out of fear again. That sounds like a solid plan.
