Lily Rabe is returning to "The Good Wife."

The "American Horror Story" star is reprising the role of Petra Moritz, a character she originated in Season 2. In the episode, "Going for the Gold," the Justice Department refuses to reveal who will be testifying against Eli Gold (Alan Cumming), so Elsbeth Tascioni (Carrie Preston) takes Assistant US Attorney Josh Perrotti (Kyle MacLachlan) to civil court for defamation in order to force him to answer her questions under oath.

"Law & Order" veteran S. Epatha Merkerson will also appear as a judge. Other guest stars in the episode include Amanda Peet, Maura Tierney, T.R. Knight and Dominic Chianese.

In other casting news ...

"See Dad Run" hosts "Happy Days" reunion. Ted McGinley will guest star as a fictional version of himself on Sunday's episode -- and his fictional self turns out to be a longtime rival of David's (Scott Baio). [TV Guide]

"Royal Pains" star gets a promotion. When the USA series returns for Season 5, Ben Shenkman will be a series regular, so expect to see a lot more of Dr. Jeremiah Sacani. [TV Line]
