It seems like a strange pairing, considering that back when Evangelista was known as the face of high fashion, Talbots was known as the label for suburban moms. But it's all part of Talbots image makeover (hey, Michelle Obama is a fan). Page Six reports that the glamazon shot her first campaign on Friday in New York, and we'll get our first peek in fashion magazines' September issues. Talbots chief marketing officer Lori Wagner said of Evangelista "She possesses this timeless yet spontaneous glamour that's irresistible in our minds."
