Lindsay Lohan cleaned up nicely for the premiere of "Scary Movie 5," reminding us more of Lindsay circa 2004 than 2011.
The rehab-bound 26-year-old headed to Hollywood, Calif., on Thursday for the premiere of the fifth "Scary Movie" installment, featuring Ashley Tisdale, Charlie Sheen, Katt Williams and Katrina Bowden.

Lohan looked great in a black cleavage-baring Dolce & Gabbana dress paired with Christian Louboutin cage booties. She wore simple gold cuffs on her arms and braided her softer red hair into a headband. This was a far cry from the ill-filling ensemble she wore to the "Liz & Dick" premiere back in November.
Although she might finally look more like the Lindsay Lohan we once knew and loved again, that doesn't mean the night was drama-free.
E! News reports Lohan arrived on the red carpet 30 minutes after it was supposed to shut down. After posing for some snapshots, she was whisked away by her publicist and avoided the group of fans screaming her name outside the theater.
Still, the troubled starlet appears to be turning over (another) new leaf. On Tuesday night, Lohan made a rare talk show appearance on "Late Show with David Letterman" and opened up about her upcoming rehab stint.
"I think this is an opportunity for me to, you know, focus on what I love in life," she said, teary-eyed. "And I don’t think it’s a bad thing. You grow up, and you mature ... And I’ve said that a million times, I know that, but what else am I supposed to say when it’s a process of life?"
