Little Boy Has Sweet, Tear-Filled Reaction To Learning He's Going To Be A Big Brother

Right in the feels!

A 6-year-old Irish boy named Jake had a truly heartwarming reaction when his mom and dad told him their pregnancy news.

Jake's parents, Tommy and Teresa Dooley, gave their son note cards to read aloud on camera. "I know you have been wishing and praying for me for a long time now," reads the first card. The next two cards add. "I'm sorry I took so long to get here. But I am here now -- look at your T-shirt."

Off-camera, Jake's mom hands him a sonogram and shows him a shirt that says, "This guy is going to be a big brother." The little boy's response can only be described as pure tears of joy.

The video of Jake's reaction has been viewed almost 500,000 times on Facebook. Teresa Dooley told TODAY that she and her husband have struggled with fertility issues for some time, and three years ago, the mom gave birth to a stillborn baby boy.

Commenting on the video, the mom said, "We have all cried all day, he is so happy and hasn't left my side for a minute today, he will make the best big brother. Thank you so much for all the comments and well wishes today we are truly unbelievably so happy and thankful."

If his sweet response to the news is any indication, Jake is going to be an amazing big brother.
